Register & edit Company Information

Register process

1. To register a new company type this URL " https://kirikom.jp/ in address bar and hit enter. 
2. click [ Create an Account ] button in the sign in panel. 
3. a new Form will open where we will register company information given below. 
   • Email -> this will be used to verify registration by [ Verification Code ] .
   • Password -> The Passwords Must Be At Least 6 Single-Byte Alphanumeric Characters, Including Numbers And Uppercase Letters.
   • Your Name
   • Company name
   • Display Language -> choose your preferred language from 6 language options.
   • Company Address ->
     • • Enter 7 digit zip code in the first Input field. 
       • Choose prefecture from the dropdown menu. 
       • Enter Municipality name and other landmark details. 
   • phone number
   • Purpose of use -> Choose what predetermined features you want to use Kirikom for. You can also select other if not sure about the Kirikom features. 
4. Click [ Register ]  button at the bottom.
5. and Click [ Verification ] button to send Verification Code to Email. 
6. The screen will switch to the Verification Code input form.
   You will also receive an e-mail with an [ Verification Code ] to your registered e-mail address.
7. Please confirm [ Verification Code ] in the e-mail.
8. Enter the [ Verification Code ] into the Kirikom, and push [ Submit ] button.
9. Registration will be completed.

To edit Company Information

1. Click the [ setting ] icon from the top header and select [ Company Information ] from [ in-house/Users information related ] tab. 
   1. fill/edit Company/User information details.
   2. Click [ Verification ] at bottom.
   3. Click [ Update ] to save Company information. 
2. Company Information includes the following items.
   Please update the information as needed.
   1. Customer Information -> You can enter your company's address and other information.
   2. Person In Charge Information -> This form allows you to set up the information of the person in charge of the work.
   3. Billing Person Information -> This form allows you to set the billing address.
      If this is the same as the person in charge of the work,
      please check the [ Same as above information ] checkbox.
