Self Picks - Visitor Registration & Pickup (For Visitors)

Scanning the QR code of the exhibition and “Visitor Registration” will enable you to pick up products.

　1．Scan the "Exhibition QR Code" displayed at the venue using your smartphone.

　2．The "Visitor Information Input" screen will open on your smartphone.

　3．Please enter your "Company Name*", "Full Name*", and "Email Address*".

　4．Press the "Next" button located at the bottom center of the "Visitor Information" Input screen.

　5．The operation instruction tutorial will begin.

　6．The QR code reader will launch after the tutorial is complete.

　7．Scan the pickup QR code attached to the product's tag or other packaging.

　8．The QR code scanning frame will glow green, and a message ("Scanned") will be displayed in

   　   the center of the screen along with the product number and product name.

　9．Press the "Pickup product List" button located in the top right corner of the QR code scanning 

          screen.

  10．The picked up products will be shown in a list.

  11．Press the "Finish" button located in the top right corner of the pickup list screen.

     （If you want to pick up more items, press the "Add More" button to the left of the "Finish" button.）

  12．A confirmation pop-up will emerge stating, "Please confirm if you want to proceed with

         sending this.

  13．Press the "OK" button located in the bottom right corner of the pop-up window.

  14．The visitor information screen will be displayed.

  15．Press the "Next" button located in the center-bottom of the visitor information screen.

  16．Close the screen and pickup will be complete.

　⚫︎Entering a phone number is optional on the visitor information input screen.

　⚫︎Automatic logout will occur after 120 minutes of inactivity.

　⚫︎Organizers attending the exhibition can also scan on behalf of visitor.

　⚫︎Items in the pickup product list can be deleted by tapping the "️🗑️" (delete) icon located in the far

       right corner of each item.Please note that deleted information cannot be restored,

       and you will need to pick up the item again.

　⚫︎The pickup list PDF will be sent via email by the organizer.

　⚫︎Please verify the information you entered on the visitor information confirmation screen.

       If your email address is incorrect, you will not receive the pickup list PDF that will be sent

       by the exhibition organizer.

　⚫︎To edit visitor information, please tap the "️✏️" (Edit) icon located in the bottom right corner of the

　   screen.
